Summers are on peak in North India and summer vacations have been started for children. Every person wants cool and fresh air, whether of mountains or of Air conditioned. Its not an easy job to spend long time for mothers in the kitchen in summers. So here I am going to share a recipe which you can prepare in 20 minutes.

GOLI KEBAB

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Mince                                                          500g
Egg (beaten)                                                                   1
Onions (chopped fine)                                              1 cup
Chillies (chopped fine)                                          2 green
Ginger paste                                                             1 tsp
Garlic paste                                                              1 tsp
Garam masala (home made
with 4 cloves and
4 green cardamom seeds)
Green coriander (chopped fine)                  a small sprig
Salt                                                                      to taste
Mustard oil                                                            4 tbsp

METHOD

Moisten your palms and put the minced chicken with 2
tsp of oil and other ingredients, except the garam
masala, in a large bowl and blend with your hands,
kneading gently. Rolls into small balls larger than
marbles but smaller than walnuts and keep aside. Heat
remaining oil on medium flame in a pan for 2 minutes
and gently place goli in it one by one. Stir gently cover
and cook for about 10 minutes. Uncover and check
once or twice and sprinkle a few drops of water no
more if required to avoid sticking or scalding. Turn
carefully with a wooden spatula to ensure even cooking.
When done to taste, sprinkle garam masala, cover again
and simmer on low flame for another five minutes.

Goli kebab is excellent as a starter, accompaniment,
snack and what not-absolutely irresistible.

My Relic Thailand trip with full details and pictures

Throughout my whole life it was my first journey to Thailand.I was very happy because I was going to my dream country Thailand. I am sure that many of you people have been visited there. This is the country where people like to visit again and again. Here old people become young. You will find different colors of life in this country. We were four friends planned a tour to explore Thailand. It was four nights and five days tour package. We reached at the Airport of New Delhi. We clicked some pictures at the Airport. Have a look.

DAY 1
We reached Swarnbhumi Airport at 00:30. After taking our on arrival visa which cost's 1000 bhat we cleared our custom. We clicked some pictures at this Airport also.

Then we reached our hotel which was near to the Airport. In every two minutes the flights were landing at the Airport. Whole night we were listening the sound of flights.  Next morning we had our breakfast which was very scrumptious. Now we were ready to leave Bangkok and to reach Pattaya.

Perfect view of Cathay Pacific Flight

Now we were on the Bangkok-Pattaya highway. This is 8 lane highway. Cars and truck runs on very high speed on this highway. I just shoot a clip on the highway.

After reaching Pattaya we checked into the hotel. We took some rest and moved out for the world's famous place "Walking Street" in Pattaya. It was around 18:00 hours when we reached there. We were surprised after viewing the Walking Street. It was just opposite what I heard about this street. Only few people were visiting here and there. We asked someone, whats the matter. Why this place is so calm. He said come at 22:00 hours. We said ok then we went to the beach, assembled some small parts of wood to cook some sea food. We took raw fish from the market and started cooking on the beach. I can not tell how 4 hours passed on the beach.
view of walking street

Now it was 22:00 hours. We reached to the Walking Street. What we saw at 18:00 and what we were seeing at 22:00 it didn't seem that this is the same place where we came a little earlier. So much hubbub were there. we had not seen this type of scene in our life before. So many bars and discotheque were there. We enjoyed some beer and snacks. Snacks were awesome in taste. The atmosphere was very jaunty that we forgot to click pictures. Somehow we clicked some pictures which I can not upload because they are personal. We enjoyed full night there. Around 04:00 we came back to our hotel.
DAY 2
After sleeping we woke up at 10:00. We were ready to go to Coral Island. We reached at a place where fairies were standing. We entered in it and moved towards Coral Island. It took about 45 minutes to reach to the island. If you go by speed boat, it will take only 15 minutes. Fairy was full of people.

After reaching to the island, we were feeling very hungry but I did not eat anything because I had to do Scuba Diving. It was also one of my dreams to do Scuba Diving once in a life. It feels very good when you fulfill your dreams or wishes. Cost of Scuba Diving was 2000 bhat and 1000 bhat more if you want to make your movie. I did only Scuba Diving. Its duration was approx. 40 minutes. Here are some pictures of Coral Island.

After scuba diving I was so tired and feeling very hungry. I ate fish and chips which was good in taste. At 17:00 we came back from Coral island to Pattaya. When we were returning on the way we saw a fairy which was a restaurant of sea food. We planned to had a dinner on that restaurant. Its name is Dolphin sea food restaurant.

After check in to the hotel we stayed in hotel for 2 hours for some rest. Then we went to the Indira Market for shopping. It is my advise that don't purchase mobile phones from any shop in the market. Only LED TVs are cheap and good in quality. At that night we entered in the discotheque, name SHOCK WAVE. We lost in the music of Thailand. We were nodding on the music. Although we were tired but our foot were not stopping. When we came out we saw natural light outside then we saw time it was 05:00.

My Travel Experience to Sudan, Africa

Sudan is the biggest country in  Africa. This country is one of the hottest places in Africa. Its weather is almost dry throughout the year. Sudan is located on the confluence of Nile and White river. Nile river is the biggest river in the world. Any type of alcohol is not allowed here because it is a Muslim country. People of this country are very helpful and nice. I have been visited in Sudan 5 times for my business. Take a look at this country's Visa and my travel experience.
Visa of Sudan

People say about Sudan that who once drink water of Nile river, will have to come back here for 5 times. This happened with me also. This was my 5th visit. It was only 2 nights 3 days trip.
It was 23rd of March in 2012 when I was getting ready for my business trip to Sudan with my Father. My all journeys of abroad start from New Delhi Airport. Because Indira Gandhi International Airport of New Delhi is nearest Airport from my city. We entered into the Airport where our flight of Emirates Airways was ready to take off. Flight was connected through Dubai Airport.
After reaching to the Khartoum International Airport we came out from the Airport. Khartoum is the capital of Sudan. We took taxi from the Airport to our hotel. Sandy Apartments was our hotel. It is near by Sajjana industrial area. That night we stayed in the hotel.
Next morning we woke up. I told my Father that I have been coming here for the last two years but never got an opportunity to explore Sudan. I said him you please take care of the business, I want to visit Sudan. He said ok. Because my Father was coming to Sudan since 1995 so he had so many friends here. One of his friend's son whose name is Hassan Awad told me that he will take me with him to visit some famous places.
I asked him that I want to see the confluence of the two famous rivers. He took me to that place where I saw the broad view of the rivers.
Confluence of two rivers

Although I have seen many confluences in my life but this was just awesome. There I tasted fried fish which was very good in taste. I did fishing but couldn't get any fish in my fishing rod.

Fishing with no experience

Then i visited Omderman Camel market and National Museum. Photos were prohibited inside the museum so I couldn't click any photo. In the evening we went to had some food. We went to multi cusine restaurant "Amwaj" best restaurant in Khartoum. Fish is very good in taste here.
Next morning we went to see Dinder National park. He told me that this is one of the largest wildlife parks in the world. Really it was very big. you can not see it in one day. It is approximately 400 kilometers away from Khartoum. It is on the border of Ethiopia. Next day we came back from there to our hotel. Now it was our returning time. I packed up my bag. I asked my Father how was the business, he said good. We got good response again. I told my Father so many things left here to do. He said do it next time. I said ok let us go. It was my souvenir journey to Sudan. Minimum 7 days are required to visit whole Sudan. Some more places are here to visit in Khartoum like Afra market, Madani,  Omderman etc.

Relax in the interiors of Himachal pardesh, India

I couldn't post anything yesterday i.e Sunday because I was in interiors of Himachal Pardesh. Far away from the traffic and pollution of overcrowded areas like New Delhi and big metro cities of North India, "Jamta" is a place where people can have peace of mind. It is located at 4500 feet above from the sea level.  It is not like Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Rohtang, Kasauli which are highly crowded areas . This place is for those people who want to have some peace in their busy life. It is approximately 300 Kilometers from New Delhi. Let us have road directions.
After reaching Shahbad on NH1 highway move slightly ahead there is a signboard written Saha on it take right turn from here.
After reaching Saha move straight from round about. You will reach to Naraingarh take right turn from here towards Kala-amb. After passing Kala-amb you will reach to Nahan. It is a District of Himachal Pardesh. You can ask for the direction to the Jamta from any person in Nahan. Because you can not find the way from here, no signboard is here. After 25 minutes of journey you will reach to Jamta.
Here are two hotels one is Grand View and other is Sirmore Retreat. I stayed in Grand View hotel.
View of the hotel

I reached at 1:30 PM . Fresh air welcomed me at the hotel. I checked in the hotel. Lunch was waiting for me. I enjoyed my lunch. It was very delicious and hot.
